We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Producer with a specialization in motion design to join our Creative Services team within OpsTech Solutions in Nashville, TN at BNA12. You will be a critical part of a small, agile studio responsible for producing internal video content that drives tech clarity, engagement, and excitement across the organization.
This role requires a strong creative sense for animation and design. You’ll partner with internal stakeholders and technical subject matter experts to bring ideas to life across various formats—animated tech driven solutions, All Staff productions, leadership messages, event promos, and more.
Key job responsibilities
- Expertise in After Effects for motion graphics (advanced keyframing, easing, time remapping, custom transitions, track mattes, rotoscoping, camera tracking)
- Ability to create custom assets from scratch
- Leverage Red Giant Trapcode Suite for particle animations, Red Giant VFX Suite for compositing/stylized effects, and optionally Element 3D
- Edit multi-cam footage and video content in Premiere Pro; manage multiple audio sources
- Design vector assets in Illustrator (lower thirds, intros, icons, logos)
- Manage photo edits with Photoshop and Lightroom
- Operate professional cameras (Canon R5c, Blackmagic Pocket 4k, Sony A7); understanding of gimbals/sliders, shot composition
- Handle C-Log/Raw workflows and color grading principles with DaVinci Resolve
- Light studio and on-location shoots, knowledge of green screen compositing, key/fill/back light balancing
- Experience with audio recording, microphone principles, and placement
- Contribute to web content (HTML, CSS, JavaScript); responsive/UI design a plus
- Partner cross-functionally with technical teams—ability to translate complex IT topics into visually engaging stories is essential.
- Innovate new creative approaches to tech-driven video storytelling
- Maintain calm under pressure; deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with Blender or other 3D tools is a plus
- Drone operation with a Part 107 license is a plus

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of creative services experience
- Experience working at or with a creative or advertising agency, network, streaming service or studio
- Experience in entertainment, brand or production entity
- Portfolio demonstrating advanced motion design, video editing, and storytelling
