Research cruise lines, ships, itineraries, and current promotions
Help clients choose and reserve cruise packages that match their interests and budget
Answer questions about destinations, ships, cabins, and travel insurance
Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional, friendly communication
Finalize bookings and confirm all trip components
Stay informed on cruise industry news and supplier updates
Attend optional training sessions and FAM trips to enhance product knowledge
