Job Description

A bout Us

We are a fast-growing FinTech company transforming how financial institutions manage complex data challenges. Our platform powers mission-critical operations for some of the world’s largest banks, asset managers, and financial service providers. As we scale our enterprise client base, we’re seeking an experienced Account Manager to serve as a trusted partner to our strategic clients in the Americas.

About the Role

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end relationship with a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, implementation, and support teams to ensure adoption, satisfaction, and long-term value realization. This role requires strong client-facing skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to navigate complex financial services environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
Own and deepen relationships with senior stakeholders at enterprise clients; become a trusted advisor and advocate.
  • Account Strategy & Growth:
Develop account plans to drive adoption, renewals, and upsells. Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with sales on execution.
  • Client Onboarding & Success:
Guide clients through onboarding, implementation, and change management. Ensure successful deployment and usage of our platform.
  • Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs):
Lead strategic QBRs to demonstrate ROI, gather feedback, and reinforce value alignment.
  • Issue Resolution & Advocacy:
Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and ensure swift resolution by coordinating internal teams.
  • Product & Market Insight:
Relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities. Stay current on market and regulatory developments.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in a client facing capacity, preferably at a SaaS or FinTech company.
  • Proven success working with large financial institutions (e.g., banks, asset managers, insurers).
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, financial regulations, or enterprise technology platforms.
  • Excellent communication, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects and clients simultaneously.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot), analytics platforms, and SaaS metrics.
  • Experience working in a Saas or FinTech environment.
  • Background in consulting, enterprise software, or financial services.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a growing fintech company with a strong customer base.
  • Play a key role in driving customer retention and revenue growth.
  • Work with a collaborative and high-performing global team.

At Gresham, you'll find:

  • A supportive, friendly, non-corporate culture where open communication thrives.
  • The freedom to experiment and innovate, with your ideas valued and heard.
  • A chance to work on meaningful projects that directly impact the financial world.
  • Hybrid work environment with flexible work schedules, with opportunity to work from our office in New York and from home
  • Competitive salary and benefits package:
  • 20 vacation days, 12 holidays, 10 paid sick days (all pro-rate based on date of hire) and your birthday off (your 1st year, increases with longevity); carryover (5) days to next year
  • Employer-sponsored Medical insurance (eligibility 1st day of hire)
  • Company paid Life insurance (2x your annual salary)
  • Optional Dental, Vision, and Disability coverage
  • 401k plan and company match of 3% (eligibility 1st day of hire)
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) (eligibility 1st day of hire)
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Salary Range: $85,000 - 100,000 plus discretionary commission
