We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about event planning and looking to gain hands-on experience in the industry. As an Entry Level Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and management of various events, including corporate gatherings, weddings, and social functions.
Salary Range: $16.50 - $26.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and coordination of events from start to finish
Communicate with clients to understand their event requirements and objectives
Research and negotiate with vendors, including caterers, venues, and entertainment
Create and manage event timelines and budgets to ensure all deadlines are met
Assist in marketing events through social media, email campaigns, and flyers
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of event management software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary
