Unilux Brand We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an Entry Level Event Coordinator, you will assist in the planning, organization, and execution of a wide variety of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of various events
Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, and transportation
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
Create and maintain detailed event timelines and checklists
Support marketing efforts to promote events through social media and other channels
Assist with on-site event management to ensure smooth operations
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proactive and self-motivated attitude
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
