Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
1+ year of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or related fields
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in dynamic environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed
