Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate advanced farm equipment, including tractors, planters, sprayers, and harvesters, to carry out field operations such as planting, fertilizing, spraying, and harvesting.
• Perform daily inspections, routine maintenance, and minor repairs on farm equipment and trucks to maximize operational uptime.
• Assist with equipment setup, calibration, and cleaning before and after field operations.
• Maintain accurate records of loads hauled, maintenance completed, and fieldwork performed.
• Support general farm activities as needed, including loading/unloading materials, staging equipment, and helping with seasonal tasks.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating large agricultural machinery.
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs.
• Familiarity with precision agriculture technology and GPS systems is a plus.
• Ability to work extended hours during planting and harvest seasons.
• Team player with strong communication and time management skills.
• Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug test.
