CyberArk is seeking a strategic and data-savvy Finance Data Manager to lead key analytics and reporting initiatives within our global Finance organization. This high-impact role will own and optimize the end-to-end financial data lifecycle, driving insights that inform strategic decisions and shape our financial planning processes.

The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with technical expertise in data modeling, business intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a unique opportunity to influence the company’s growth trajectory by enhancing data quality, reporting accuracy, and forecasting capabilities in a dynamic SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, validation, and enhancement of financial models (e.g., ARR waterfall, churn, bookings, cash flow) that support forecasting and strategic planning.
  • Own and manage end-to-end financial data processes, ensuring high standards of accuracy, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate across Finance, GTM, and Data teams to implement scalable analytics solutions and streamline workflows through automation.
  • Build and maintain advanced dashboards and reports using SQL and BI tools such as Tableau to provide visibility into financial and operational performance.
  • Conduct detailed trend and variance analyses; summarize insights to inform financial decisions and strategic planning.
  • Support quarterly forecasts and reporting cycles through rigorous data validation and preparation of financial reporting packages.
  • Ensure alignment and data consistency across core financial systems including ERP (e.g., NetSuite), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and planning platforms.
  • Drive continuous improvement in analytical methodologies and financial reporting infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in financial data modeling and reporting, with a proven track record of managing complex analytical processes and projects.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS business models and financial KPIs.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel; expertise in BI tools like Tableau required.
  • Experience working with enterprise financial systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, or Anaplan.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high standard of data quality and integrity.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

The salary range for this position is $119,000 – $175,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
