Leverage your expertise and creativity to source, evaluate, and place top-tier candidates, ensuring a seamless and successful recruitment process for our clients.
🔍 Source Talent: Use job boards, social media, networking events, and other channels to identify exceptional candidates.
🎯 Assess Candidates: Conduct interviews and evaluations to ensure candidates match the requirements of each role.
🤝 Collaborate: Partner with our Managing Director to streamline the recruitment process from outreach to final interviews.
✨ Enhance Candidate Experience: Deliver a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment journey.
💬 Fluent English proficiency for effective communication.
🌟 Proven experience in international recruitment, particularly in sourcing volume and language-specific roles.
📋 Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills to handle multiple projects.
💻 Tech-savvy; familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus but not required.
