We're looking for a Full-Charge Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant to join our dynamic and fast-paced CPA firm. ### What You'll Do:
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Work with QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, and Microsoft Office to maintain financial records.
- Handle live payroll processing, including payroll tax returns and sales tax returns.
- Assist with new business incorporations, S elections, and state tax applications.
- Calculate payroll deductions and employer contributions.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and loan accounts.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and service item setup.
- Manage Accounts Payable, handling bill entries, wire transfers, online bill pay, and transaction downloads.
- Utilize job costing and class tracking to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Analyze financial statements, general ledgers, and post journal entries.

### What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience in a CPA firm is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A team player who can also work independently and meet deadlines.

This is an on-site position in Deerfield Beach, FL - remote work is not available.
