Pledge-Drive.net is an online fundraising tool which enables sponsors, participants, and schools to raise funds through donor networks worldwide. We provide support with campaign setup, promotional materials, online payment tools, reporting, and progress tracking.
We’re looking for a proactive Fundraising Coordinator to join our team. You will help our client groups (schools, clubs, etc.) plan, launch, and manage pledge drives, making sure all parts of the campaign run smoothly.
Assist clients in setting up pledge-drive campaigns: target setting, participant lists, sponsor recruitment.
Create and manage promotional materials (email campaigns, social media posts, print templates).
Monitor campaign progress; generate reports and dashboards.
Handle communication with sponsors, participants, and school representatives.
Coordinate with payment processing / technical teams to ensure smooth donations process.
Provide customer support: answer questions, troubleshoot issues related to the campaign tool.
