HVAC Installer – $150K Opportunity for Top Performers  

Location: Jacksonville / St. Augustine, FL  

Company: Lickety Split AC Plumbing & Electric  

Compensation: $100,000–$150,000+ (Base + Performance Bonuses) 

Schedule: Full-Time, Year-Round (No Winter Layoffs)

What You’ll Do:  

• Perform residential HVAC installs with an airflow-first mentality — every system tested, verified, dialed-in.  

• Deliver clean, professional, high-quality work that you’re proud to sign your name to.  

• Communicate clearly with customers — explain your work, educate when needed, and leave no questions behind.  

• Handle change-outs, system upgrades, and IAQ solutions (air purification, dehumidification, zoning, etc.) 

• Verify static pressure, airflow balancing, ductwork integrity — we don’t “slap and dash.”

Who You Are:  

• You have 3+ years of residential HVAC install experience (lead installer preferred).  

• You can read static pressure, duct sizing, and airflow reports — or you’re hungry to learn.  

• You own your installs — you don’t “get in, get out,” you get it right.  

• You take real pride in leaving a system cleaner, tighter, and better-performing than you found it.  

• You treat customers like family — no shortcuts, no BS.  

• You want to be paid for what you’re worth — and you perform like it.  

• You show up on time, ready to go, with a clean van and a clean uniform.  

• You’re tired of working for companies that cut corners, slash hours, and leave you hanging.  

Requirements:  

• EPA Certification (required) 

• NATE Certification (preferred but not mandatory) 

• Valid driver’s license with clean record  

• Able to pass a background check and drug screening  

• Strong mechanical skills — sheet metal, ductwork, brazing, startups, airflow balancing  

• Able to lift up to 80 pounds and work safely at heights and in attics
