Advanced Air is looking for an HVAC Service Technician!

While you will participate in small talk because you feel it is the right thing to do, would you rather focus on the task at hand?

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues with accuracy and efficiency
  
  
• Educate customers on their system, explain options clearly, and build trust through honest recommendations
  
  
• Perform residential service and maintenance work with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
  
  
• Use flat-rate pricing to offer good, better, best solutions
  
  
• Complete all documentation in ServiceTitan and communicate effectively with dispatch and office staff
  
  
• Maintain a clean work area and vehicle, and represent the company professionally in the field
  
  

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience (required)
  
  
• EPA Universal Certification (required)
  
  
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
  
  
• Experience using ServiceTitan or similar field service software (a plus)
  
  
• A clean driving record and valid driver's license
  
  
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and help with team call-backs
  
  
• A positive, humble attitude and a desire to grow in the trade
