PDS Tech is seeking a passionate **Industrial Engineering Program Management Intern** to support one of our top clients in Santa Clarita. This is a hands-on opportunity to build your real-world experience and develop skills that directly impact program success. **Location:** Santa Clarita, CA **Pay Rate:** $25/hr **Schedule:** 1st Shift | On-site **What You'll Do:** You'll dive into real engineering challenges, including: + Collaborating with the Program Management team to **gather key project data** + **Creating a master schedule** and **Documenting processes** with the project management team. + **This includes** requesting information from project participants, processing submittals and change orders, procurement, scheduling, quality control, and department management, scheduling development process, activity coding structure, activity matrix, construction logic. **Who You Are:** + A current **Junior pursuing a BS in Industrial Engineering** + Skilled in **Microsoft Project or similar project management tools** + Must be knowledgeable with **PS Project** + **Analytical** , proactive, and confident working independently + **Capable of preparing presentations** based on data analysis and statistical evaluation of factors influencing the project. + Eager to learn, ask questions, and take initiative + Exposure to project management coursework is a big plus!
