Salary:  Starting at $18/hour + commission (on sales others make for you)

Location: Gurnee, IL (office-based travel to local neighborhoods)

Position Summary
As a  Lead Development Representative , your primary responsibility is to  generate leads for our sales team by offering local homeowners a  free, no-obligation quote for our lawn care services. This is a  door-to-door outreach position focused solely on  lead generation, no direct selling involved . Our team meets daily at the Gurnee office and travels to assigned neighborhoods. This role is an ideal fit for individuals interested in marketing, sales, or business who want to gain hands-on experience and  grow within a successful organization . High performers will have a real opportunity to  advance to other positions .

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners to offer free lawn care quotes (usually 3 to 5 minutes)
• Represent the Weed Man brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Accurately gather and report lead information
• Collaborate with teammates to meet lead generation goals

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Self-driven and professionally presentable
• Comfortable working  outdoors in all weather conditions
• Results-oriented mindset
• No prior lawn care experience required— training provided

$18/hour base pay + commission (get paid for sales others make for you!)
