Job Description

An AmLaw 100 firm with the feel of a close-knit, collaborative team is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its expanding Boston office. This is a hybrid role located in the heart of Faneuil Hall, offering the opportunity to impact a growing practice in a highly successful and supportive environment.

You will provide direct support to Partners across three key practice groups: Insurance, Labor & Employment, and Construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation support, from case inception through resolution.
• Conduct eDiscovery using Relativity.
• Oversee document management with iManage.
• Handle e-filings at both the Federal and State level through PACER.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, discovery, and case organization.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff in a highly team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required.
• Prior paralegal experience in Insurance, Labor & Employment, or Construction law (experience in multiple areas a plus).
• Proficiency with Relativity, iManage, and PACER strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Duration: Full-Time, direct hire

Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 base salary, competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth
