Your Role

Imagine ensuring our production line runs seamlessly. Your role as a Mechanical Systems Technician is central to the vitality of our operations. Master the setup and troubleshooting of our key mechanical systems, minimizing downtime and enhancing production efficiency.

Profile We Seek

• Experience in handling support equipment like ovens, packing lines, and conveyors
• Competent in plumbing, pneumatic hydraulics, cutting, and welding
• Possess strong mechanical acumen paired with troubleshooting prowess
• Responsive, service-oriented approach to maintenance tasks
• Certification in Power Industrial Training, knowledge of PLC diagnostics, welding experience (MIG, TIG, Stick) beneficial
• Independent problem solver with a knack for project completion
• Effective communicator with a process-centric mindset
• Minimum of a high school diploma
• Preferably 2-5 years of experience in an industrial bakery or food production setting
• Bi-lingual in English/Spanish is a plus
• Physically capable of extended standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and other physical activities
• Open to flexible schedules, including overtime and weekends
