The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and .NET technologies, along with a deep understanding of business processes and CRM best practices.Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business needs.Develop plugins, workflows, custom workflows, and integrations using C, JavaScript, and Power Automate.Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Design and implement data migration strategies and integration with external systems (e.g., SharePoint, Outlook, ERP).Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI or native CRM reporting tools.Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of CRM solutions.Maintain documentation of system architecture, processes, and customizations.Stay current on Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and recommend best practices for implementation.
