We are seeking Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Drivers to join our client's trusted team. Every ride is more than transportation it's an act of service that helps people access the care and independence they deserve.
This role offers paid training, flexible schedules, and opportunities for advancement into Lead Driver positions.
Safely transport clients to and from appointments, vocational programs, and other destinations.
Deliver outstanding customer service with patience, compassion, and professionalism.
Assist clients with mobility needs, using safe lifting and handling techniques.
Maintain clean, safe, and sanitized vehicles while meeting infection control standards.
Complete logs, timesheets, and billing forms accurately and securely (HIPAA compliant).
Conduct daily vehicle inspections and promptly report issues.
Stay prepared for emergencies, providing CPR, First Aid, or BLS support if needed.
Uphold company values as a professional brand ambassador in uniform.
Age 25 or older with a valid driver's license.
Clean 7-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Must pass a background check & 10-panel drug screening.
At least 1 year of van driving experience preferred.
Physically able to lift 75 lbs., bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
Tech-savvy with GPS and digital reporting tools.
Professional, dependable, and punctual with a Samaritan's heart.
Drivers must provide a minimum of 15 weekdays of availability per month.
Work hours range between 6:00 AM-6:00 PM.
Routes and assignments may vary daily; flexibility is required.
To ensure reliable and timely reporting, applicants are strongly preferred to live within a 20-mile radius of ZIP code 30040 (Forsyth County, GA).
This position requires flexibility and strict adherence to process.

Drivers must demonstrate respect for established procedures and scheduling protocols to ensure clients are served safely on time, and in alignment with company standards.
Competitive Pay: $15.00 $20.00 per hour
