**Overview** **Position:** Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapist **Location:** 2940 E Banner Gateway Dr, Suite 425 Gilbert, Arizona 85234 **Schedule:** PRN, Flexible Schedule! **Compensation:** $50.00/Hr. **Banner Physical Therapy** is seeking a PRN Hand Therapist-Occupational Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic center! Although a certified hand therapist (CHT) is preferred, we are willing to consider occupational therapists with a level II fieldwork in hands (required). We have a network of hand therapists and CHTs available for support and are excited to mentor occupational therapists aspiring to be a CHT. **Why Choose Us:** + **Hand Therapy Program:** Our national hand therapy program spans 32 states, with over 300 CHTs and 300 hand therapists across the country. + **Mentorship:** (Available in most regions) Our nationally supported mentorship program is for therapists interested in pursuing their CHT credentials. + **Educational Opportunities:** Take part in the National Upper Extremity (UE) symposium, national journal club, free local continuing education programs, national study group, and additional certification courses. **Responsibilities** + **Collaboration:** Supervise assistants and aides and contribute to case management. + **High Standard of Care:** Stay current and up to date with occupational therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB,clinician expertise, patient perception). + **Personalized Treatment:** Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment, from evaluating and creating a plan of care to treatment and discharge. + **Relationship-Building:** Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients.
