Role Summary
As an Online Chat Agent, you will help customers via live chat with account access, billing inquiries, subscription management, and technical issues. You’ll rely on scripted responses and company workflows to deliver consistent and professional support.

– Assist customers with password resets, billing updates, and subscription changes
– Follow company scripts and standard operating procedures

Technical & Skills Requirements

Compensation & Scheduling
Starting pay: $25/hour
Raises available to $30–$35/hour after 30 QA-approved shifts
Shift selection is self-directed via online scheduler. Minimum 15 hours per week.
Training & Onboarding
– 2-hour online onboarding session
– Practice chats with simulated customers
– First live shift monitored by QA
– Paid work begins within 3–5 business days
Sample Shift
During a typical shift, you might assist customers resetting passwords, applying discount codes, and updating billing information—all via live chat using company-approved templates.
