Job Description The primary responsibilities of this position are to prepare, process and distribute raw materials/powders for the purposes of producing ceramic semi-finished products. The Operator also ensures the area production schedule is executed to time, quality, and productivity requirements. To have a Quality First attitude and a strong team spirit to help keep equipment running within process specifications.
