Job Description

This job description outlines the objective, primary responsibilities, requirements, and qualifications of the Human Resources Liaison. Reports To: Recruiting Manager Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to): * Responsible for completing screening calls for external staff members. * Assist in the recruitment process, which includes but is not limited to: * Completing interviews * Reference checks * Compliance follow-up * Extending offers * Completion of paperwork * Maintenance of electronic tools for tracking * Maintenance of the internal database * Responsible for quickly answering a high volume of calls. * Responsible for maintaining and monitoring compliance. * Responsible for daily documentation of all responsibilities. * Responsible for submitting reports daily on activity. * Responsible for following defined processes and understanding the company operations. * Willing to travel to Havertown and Phoenixville. * Demonstrates positive morale. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications * Must have own transportation - travel is required. * Must have 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment. * Must have a high school diploma. * Must possess excellent communication skills. * Must be organized and detail-oriented. * Must be motivated. * Must have experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Google Workspace. * Must have strong customer service experience.
