What You'll Do
Admit new med clients and assess care needs
Caseload of 5-15 clients at any given time.
Develop and update individualized care plans
Delegate nursing tasks to caregivers
Monitor client progress and coordinate care
Support and supervise LPNs
Provide caregiver training and mentorship
Keep clear, timely documentation
Collaborate with our care team
Stay informed through team meetings
Ensure compliance with policies and standards
What You Need
Active RN license in Oregon
1+ year in home care, SNF, ICU, or Med-Surg
Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance
Must live in the Pendleton/Hermiston area (required)
