Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and service-oriented Mailroom & Office Services Associate to support daily operations at our Rochester location. This role ensures smooth facility functions through efficient mailroom operations, shipping and receiving, office services, and hospitality support. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and respond promptly to internal client requests.

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries (FedEx, UPS, USPS, interoffice).

• Track and log all incoming and outgoing shipments and accountable mail.

• Maintain and restock office supplies, pantry items, and bar area (beer/wine coolers).

• Set up and replenish hospitality items for meetings and events.

• Perform light equipment maintenance, including copier upkeep, paper refills, and toner replacement.

• Maintain clean and organized mailroom, storage, and supply areas.

• Support cross-functional office and facility operations as needed.

• Communicate potential issues or client concerns to supervisors promptly.

• Participate in team training to ensure coverage across all service areas.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in mailroom, shipping/receiving, or office services preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

• Ability to lift packages (up to 50 lbs) and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and shipping software a plus.

• Comfortable working in an environment where alcoholic beverages are stocked (no service required).
