Friday/Saturday/Sunday 7am-7pm Baylor Position Sign on bonus- $10,000.00 RN Supervisor Job Summary: The Registered Nurse supervisor will oversee day-to-day nursing activities in the facility, including developing work assignments, ensuring sufficient staffing and maintaining good working rapport. RN Supervisor Responsibilities: Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required. Ensure that direct nursing care is provided by a licensed nurse, a certified nursing assistant, and/or a nurse aide trainee qualified to perform the procedure Ensure that all RNs and LPNs on your shift comply with written procedures for the administration, storage, and control of medications and supplies. Provide leadership training that includes the administrative and supervisory principles essential for your Charge Nurses. Ensure that nursing service personnel follow established infection control procedures when isolation precautions become necessary.
