• Sales or customer service background preferred
• Self-starter who’s willing to knock doors and generate leads
• Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops
• Flexible availability, including evenings and some weekends
• Door-to-door or automotive sales experience is a strong plus

Position Overview

As a Roofing Sales Representative, you’ll represent Silver Ridge Roofing in the Greater Houston area. Your primary focus will be on lead generation, building relationships, and closing deals through direct outreach. We offer comprehensive training in roofing systems, insurance claim support, and our proven sales process.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Professional appearance and punctuality
• Self-driven, coachable, and enthusiastic about learning
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Confident in both group and one-on-one presentations
• Valid U.S. work authorization and Texas driver’s license
• Roofing or sales experience is a bonus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Prospect via door-to-door outreach and other lead sources
• Build quick rapport with homeowners
• Present roofing solutions and guide customers through insurance processes
• Work weekday evenings (until 7–8 PM) and some weekends (10 AM–4 PM)
• Maintain accurate client and lead records
• Represent our brand professionally at all times
