Mountain Aggregates Scale House Dispatcher will get the unique opportunity to work alongside and get mentorship from the most talented and experienced Scale House Dispatcher leaders in our industry.  Scale House Dispatcher includes on-the-job training and the opportunity to earn debt-free career related education at the same time.   Mountain Aggregates, Inc. and the CRH network.  As a Scale House Dispatcher  you will learn and assist with aggregate cash sales, stone orders, Quotes, running the scales, ticketing, truck weighing, job set up in systems, office duties and safety culture.

As a Scale House Dispatcher, you will have to the opportunity to progress through a series of roles assignments to gain experience, knowledge, and hands-on skills.  Each role assignment offers new skill development opportunities and escalating job responsibilities with demonstrated proficiency.  Additionally, you’ll be provided a combination of on-the-job and third-party training to support skills and trade knowledge development with each role assignment.   The Scale House Dispatcher role assignments include: (1) Office Administration; (2) Sales & Ticketing ; (3) Truck Loading (4) Stone Orders

We are seeking Scale House Dispatcher  applicants who are career ready, have a strong passion for the profession and to be a Scale House Dispatcher in the construction industry.  Candidates for the position must have the following:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to think critically and innovatively.
  • Must be willing to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays when necessary.
