The role The person would work with the offshore BE developer to deliver digital UX portion and supported by FE onshore and offshore developers, plus a Product Owner, BSA and UXD.
You will - Collaborate with internal partners and product owners to discuss their product needs and propose solutions .
- Writing reliable and robust code.
- Develop performant and scalable web services that respond in low numbers of milliseconds.
- Work closely with our infrastructure team to solve DevOps problems.
- Work closely with your back-end Tech Leads and Solutions Architect to produce software solutions.
- Design relational and non-relational databases, working around issues in systems such as Postgres and Cassandra.
- Actively participates in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint demos and retrospectives.
- Update Jira tickets with clear and concise descriptions of technical solutions, progress, and roadblocks.
- Take part in regular peer code reviews with fellow development team members.
- Develop, maintain, and test server-side applications and APIs.
- Collaborate with the front-end development team to integrate front-end and back-end components.
- Identify and troubleshoot bugs, bottlenecks, and other issues in the server-side code.
- Write and maintain technical documentation for server-side applications and APIs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in back-end development.
