SEO Strategist/Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role will lead our organic search strategy with a strong emphasis on
Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) — optimizing content for voice search, AI search engines (like Google SGE and Perplexity), and featured snippets.
As part of a creative and fast-paced environment, you’ll work closely with content, design, paid media, and development teams to grow visibility, traffic, and qualified leads across key service areas.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO and AEO strategy to increase organic traffic and brand authority
- Optimize pages for Google SGE, featured snippets, voice search, and AI-powered tools
- Create and manage a keyword strategy that aligns with user intent, buyer journey stages, and business priorities
- Perform ongoing content audits and identify opportunities for schema markup, FAQs, how-to content, and zero-click rankings
- Collaborate with writers to produce answer-first, engaging, and optimized content for all funnels
- Monitor search engine trends and core updates — adjusting strategy accordingly
- Manage and analyze performance via GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and Surfer or equivalent tools
- Provide clear monthly reporting with actionable insights
Required Skill - 3–5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong portfolio of ranking and traffic results
- Solid understanding of AEO, E-E-A-T, and structured data (FAQ, HowTo, Review, Product schema, etc.)
- Experience optimizing for featured snippets and SGE-like AI environments
- Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Surfer SEO, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and pivot with agility
- Bonus: Experience with home improvement, home organizing, or lifestyle brands
