STICKLEY is seeking a dynamic individual to lead our reimagined showroom in Somerville , NJ as the Showroom Selling Manager. Our interior design sales staff supports the customer first culture with an industry leading commission plan that pays on written sales, allowing them to do what is in the client's best interest and earn quickly.
The Showroom Selling Manager will drive top line sales revenue while ensuring a high level of service to lead a culture of customer and employee satisfaction in their assigned showroom. The Showroom Selling Manager does this by providing leadership, direction, and support to Stickley retail showroom employees while also greeting clients and generating sales revenue. The Showroom Selling Manager will also; establish and nurture Stickley organizational culture, lead showroom operational activities, maximize showroom sales opportunities, and effectively implement company programs in support of company initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of Furniture Retail & Sales leadership success. Vertically Integrated Retail and Direct to the Design Trade experience is a plus.

Requires morning, afternoon and overnight availability any day of the week. Generally scheduled for 40 to 50 hours; more hours may be required based on the needs of the business.
