Job Summary:
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and driving sales. Your leadership will help create a fun and engaging environment for both employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer concerns.
Recruit, train, and manage store staff, ensuring a positive team culture.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed store goals.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
