Trust and Estate Attorney

A full-service, Am Law 200 firm with a strong presence in Florida is seeking an experienced Trust and Estate Attorney to join its growing Private Wealth team. This is a confidential search for a motivated attorney with at least 3 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate. The ideal candidate brings strong technical skills, discretion, and a commitment to client service-particularly for high-net-worth individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities

* Draft complex estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives)

* Advise on wealth transfer strategies, tax planning, and asset protection

* Handle probate and trust administration matters

* Collaborate with financial advisors, CPAs, and fiduciaries

* Build and maintain strong client relationships with professionalism and care

Requirements

* J.D. from an accredited law school

* Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar

* Minimum of 3 years' experience in trusts and estates

* LLM in Taxation is a plus

* Excellent drafting, communication, and client relationship skills
