Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Day to day communication with internal MARKEN departments (around the globe)
2. All coordination of orders for material collection on a day to day basis
3. Pro-active information of any material delay, stock distribution, stock deviation to Sourcing Manager
4. Assist Sourcing Manager in all related day to day activities
5. Working closely together with the distribution department, kit production coordinator for scheduling the outbound shipments, planning and preparing transport documentation
6. Support other departments if necessary
7. Provide info on pricing requests; perform sourcing on specific material
8. Close cooperation/collaboration with clients on warehouse/sourcing management
9. Perform stock counting
10. Receive and control goods
11. Identify potential process improvements
12. Compliance, development, review and revision of SOP's (if necessary)
13. Compliance with and work according to MARKEN policies as well as the MARKEN GmbH quality
14. Compliance with all health policies and safety-conscious work, treatment of all substances with relevant caution for the protection of oneself and others; immediate notification if health status changes in a way that is detrimental to studies
