Clinical Educator - BSN/RN | Vocational Nursing Program

We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for education to provide comprehensive clinical instruction to our Vocational Nursing students. Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead clinical education programs, providing hands-on instruction in patient care, treatment planning, and medical documentation
• Design and implement effective teaching strategies and evaluation methods in collaboration with the Director of Nursing Education
• Guide students in developing critical thinking skills and clinical competencies through structured feedback and mentorship
• Ensure compliance with BVNPT standards and regulations for clinical experiences
• Build and maintain relationships with clinical site partners while managing student placement requirements
• Facilitate orientation programs for new students and faculty members
• Contribute to curriculum development and program improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
• Current, unencumbered California RN license
• Minimum 3 years of direct patient care experience within the past 5 years
• Demonstrated excellence in clinical practice and patient care
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in healthcare documentation and electronic medical records
• Understanding of BVNPT regulations and educational standards

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous nursing education or clinical instruction experience
• Master's degree in Nursing Education or related field
• Experience with simulation-based learning
• Certification in specialty nursing area
